Roadmap and ecosystem
Every euro, order, receipt, and kilogram of CO₂e is a ledger event.
The ALLABLE ecosystem connects four flows — money, service, data, and carbon — across nine actors around a single wallet core. This page shows how it is built, what ships first, and what comes next.

MVP · six engines, one app.
The MVP is deliberately focused: 16 categories, 244 services, and 160 prepaid cards inside a single AI-powered app, wrapped in six engines that turn every booking into money saved, impact measured, and work created. No hardware, no capex.
- F1
Tax Engine
State-backed savings, automated per order.
- F2
Sustainability (SDG) Engine
Every purchase, measured against impact.
- F3
Fast-Track Onboarding
Hire any person, any skill.
- F4
AI Super App
Every home service, one account.
- F5
Gamification Engine
Reward the behaviour that compounds value.
- F6
Prepaid Cards
160 cards. Every channel.
Deferred to a later phase: the ALLABLE IoT locker network (steel banks, in-lobby kiosks, cluster logistics). This stage runs doorstep pickup and return. Carbon-credit monetisation (PoA/VER trading) is also post-MVP; the impact display is in.
Ecosystem business architecture
How value moves between the elements.
Four flow types connect nine actors around the ALLABLE wallet core. Every euro, order, receipt, and kilogram of CO₂e is a ledger event.

Show as list →
- 01 · Money
Top-ups · gifts · card buys — Households pay into the ALLABLE wallet — topping up, buying a prepaid card, or gifting one. Every euro lands as a ledger event before any service is dispatched. - 02 · Money
Bulk card allocation — Employers and corporate buyers purchase cards in bulk for benefits, rewards, and campaigns. Allocation is tracked per recipient so ESG and finance teams can report on it. - 03 · Money
Lockers hosted free — Housing companies host locker banks at no cost in exchange for resident convenience — ALLABLE carries the hardware, they carry the lobby space. Phase 2. - 04 · Money
Card stock out · sales in — Retail partners receive card stock and return the sales revenue. The card is the frictionless key: buyable off a shelf, activated in the app. - 05 · Money
Payouts 70–75% — Providers are paid 70–75% of the order value on completion. ALLABLE keeps a 25–30% gross commission, roughly 17.5% net after payment, insurance, and support cost. - 06 · Service / physical
Service delivery ← dispatch — The platform dispatches the order to a vetted provider and holds the outcome liability. The customer buys from ALLABLE, not from the individual worker. - 07 · Data · receipts · reporting
Labour / material receipts → MyTax · RUT@POS — Each completed order emits a receipt split into labour and materials. Finland exports MyTax-ready documentation; Sweden applies RUT at point of sale. - 08 · Data · receipts · reporting
Carbon data → ESRS / CSRD (no sale) — Corporate buyers receive Scope-3 avoided-emissions data from the same ledger feed for CSRD/ESRS reporting. It is reporting data, not a traded product. - 09 · Service / physical
Providers join (2 tracks) — Fast-track onboarding brings in two tracks: individuals and freelancers building toward their own toiminimi, and established small companies. One application, one SLA score. - 10 · Money
Reservations · routing — The platform reserves a compartment and routes the job — the locker slot is booked and priced before the customer leaves the app. Phase 2. - 11 · Data · receipts · reporting
IoT events → CP + MRV — Locker hardware emits NB-IoT events — door opened, item dropped, item collected. Those events award Carbon Points and feed the MRV (measurement, reporting, verification) trail. Phase 2. - 12 · Service / physical
Drop-off · pickup — The customer drops off and later collects at the locker bank, 24/7, with NFC or QR. In the current MVP this is doorstep pickup and return instead. - 13 · Service / physical
Cluster runs — Couriers run scheduled cluster collections between locker banks and processing hubs, so no single order pays for a single trip. - 14 · Carbon · rewards
TreeCoins · CP · tax exports — Verified reductions and rewards leave the ledger as TreeCoins and Carbon Points for households, and as auditable exports. Carbon-credit monetisation stays post-MVP.
Compartments 07 (unit economics) and 08 (financial projections) build on this ledger — every flow above is a real event we can count, price, and audit.

The flywheel
Four layers, each feeds the next.
Convenience · card
Drives demand
One key to 160+ services. Giftable, retail-ready, always in your wallet.
Money · tax engine
Drops CAC to near-zero
Automated kotitalousvähennys and RUT deductions make each service financially irresistible.
Impact · TreeCoins
Maximises LTV and retention
Carbon rewards lock in long-term loyalty — a reason to book the next one.
Social · workforce
Solves supply
The onboarding pipeline guarantees quality capacity matched to demand.
“These are not isolated features. Each layer feeds the next; the ALLABLE Card is the frictionless key that justifies the operational complexity — and the reason competitors would have to rebuild all four layers at once to follow.”

Data integrity
Emission and water factors need independent LCA validation (VTT/Aalto) before published figures. The current MVP shows ranges labelled “estimated”. Rates, caps, and deductibles for the Tax Engine live as versioned per-country-year config, never hard-coded. The Finnish free-time statistic previously used in some materials has been removed pending a citable source (Statistics Finland Time Use Survey).
