Laundry and ironing is where Yard starts. The services below are being prepared with providers and will open as each is ready.
Starting service
Your everyday washing and ironing comes back folded or on hangers. You register your items before you hand over your bag.
Good to know: Check the accepted-items list before packing; delicate and specialist items may be declined at the handover point.
Turnaround: Same-day return is the target for your eligible orders on a collection day, within your provider's capacity.
Joining Yard
Your carpet or rug is collected from the workplace handover point. It goes to a provider for off-site deep cleaning.
Good to know: Size and weight limits apply. You arrange carpet collection separately, rather than using a standard collection day.
Turnaround: Several days. Never same-day.
Joining Yard
You can request hems, repairs, replacement zips and buttons, or simple resizing. Your provider reviews the work before it starts.
Good to know: You agree measurements in advance. Your first order includes a short set of questions.
Turnaround: Depends on your work; quoted before the job starts.

You can request resoling, heel replacement, stitching and refinishing. Your provider checks your shoes before starting.
Good to know: Your provider confirms what is repairable. You approve the price before any work begins.

Your shoes receive cleaning, conditioning or protective treatment. The treatment depends on their material.
Good to know: You declare the material at registration. Suede, leather and textile are treated differently.

You pay the service price. Your employer pays nothing for access. Pickup terms depend on the site and the provider agreement, and are confirmed before you book.
